Autumn is too short.

It is the darkest and the coldest season: cold temperatures, limited daylight, cabin fever, seasonal depression...

Pumpkin Creme Brulée

I pretty much use this recipe but without the pumpkin puree :)

4 egg yolks
200 ml vegan milk of your choice
240ml heavy cream
60 gram sugar
1 Tsp vanila extract
Ground Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg.
