Some of my favorite films from 2000-2016
Nói một cách thẳng thắn, chấm điểm cho phim với tôi là một việc vô nghĩa. Cho dù là imdb, rottentomatoes, Metacritics, mubi, letterbox… Vì một bộ phim tôi cho 10 điểm có thể bạn chỉ thấy xứng đáng 5 điểm và ngược lại. Nghệ thuật là chủ quan và nó nên được nhìn nhận như vậy. Chính nhờ sự chủ quan ấy mà điện ảnh mới có thể dùng làm phương tiện nghiên cứu và bộc phá các hiện tượng xã hội.
Danh sách này là những phim tôi thấy thích nhất tính từ năm 2000 đến 2016, không xếp theo thứ tự nào. Như thường lệ, mỗi đạo diễn một phim duy nhất để cho danh sách rộng hơn thay vì chọn những phim của các đạo diễn tôi thích.
